Obituary of Timothy George Asmus

Died peacefully Friday, February 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his mother, Bette Jean, and father, Thomas Asmus. He is survived by his loving companion, Sharon, and her children, Andrew & Timothy; sister, Kathy (Carey) Adler; brother, Kevin "KJ" (significant other, Jilliann Self); nieces & nephews, Kristen, Karlee, Kourtney, Alexi, Jeremy & Cody. Tim will also be sadly missed by his many good friends in Minnesota and Illinois. Tim was a proud graduate of Johnson High School Class of 1975. He was also a graduate from the U of M with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1979. He went on to graduate from the College of St. Thomas and earned his Master's Degree of Business Administration in 1986. There will be a celebration of Tim's life on his 60th birthday, Saturday, May 20, 2017, at JIMMY'S EVENT CENTER in Vadnais Heights from 4-9 PM. A special thank you to all his nurses at St. John's ICU & Pillars Healtheast Hospice.
