Obituary of James Andrews

Please share a memory of James to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Age 91. Left this earth on April 25, 2013. A lifelong Minnesotan and avid outdoorsman, Jim was most proud of his service as a Marine Corps navigator during WWII. He was also proud of his Lake Johanna home of 50+ years, his cabin on Minnesota's Iron Range and his three daughters Marina, Donna-Linda, and Kim (Aloi). Jim is survived by grandsons Cory Andrews, Jim and Jeremy Phelan and Jacob Aloi; son-in-law Boyd Fritzinger (Marina); great-grandchildren Dominic and Claudia Andrews, Logan and Isabel Fritzinger; nieces Nancy and Carol Andrews (Schaub); great-niece Neva and great-nephew William Schaub. Jim can be honored with donations to the Andrews Family Memorial Fund through Royal Credit Union, 325 East Roselawn Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55117. The Andrews Family Fund supports Lyme disease research with special focus on Lyme disease-caused hearing loss and dementia. Our most sincere thanks to all of the Presbyterian Homes staff at Roseville's Eagle Crest residences who have cared for Dad so thoughtfully and respectfully these past ten years. Condolences may be sent to 2328-80th Street, Luck, WI 54853.
