Kathleen Niswander

Age 76 of Saint Paul, passed away at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018. Kathy was a selfless person who always put others first. She loved her home, cats, birds and roses. Kathy was preceded in death by sister, Pat. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Frank; beloved cat, Boo; 2 very special caregivers & nieces, Keri (Jon) and Kim; sister, Nancy (Ron) Lockhart and their extended family; brother, Duke (Nola) Lynch; 3 beautiful godchildren, Rick, Kathy, and Amanda; lifelong best friend, Delores (Dale) Turner; and many other family members & friends. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00P.M. on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul, Minnesota. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. There will be a luncheon to follow.
