Passed away peacefully March 5th after a long illness. Samuel is survived by loving wife of 31 years, Weezy; children Mary Jo, Karen, Steven and Nancy (Mark); 4 grandchildren and 2 great-granchildren.
Memorial Service at 2 PM on Monday, March 26 at First Covenant Church, 1280 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
