Richard LaRoy Brown, of Saint Paul, passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on September 11th, 2019 at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his parents, LaRoy & Lois Brown; and brothers-in-law, Dacky Puu and Russell Crosby. Richard is survived by his daughter, Amanda Brown; grandchildren, Nakota, Matthew, Mackallan, Madaline, and Mariah; brothers, James (Renee), Ronald (Michelle), and David; sisters, Kathie (Dennis) Tucker, Sue Reller (Ron Sellers), Cindy (Tom) Hofmeister, Patty Crosby, and Mary Brown; many nieces & nephews; significant other, Pam Buogie; best friends, Scott and Brian; and many other relatives & friends.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM – ll:00 AM with Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5th, 2019 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul. Entombment at Oakland Cemetery in Saint Paul. Immediately following the entombment, there will be a luncheon at Anderson Funeral Home. Memorials preferred.
