Obituary of Philomena "Phyllis" Bilek

Philomena Maria 'Phyllis' Bilek, of Hugo, passed peacefully at home on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at age 88. Born July 13, 1931 in Cedar Lake Township, Scott County, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alois V. Bilek; parents, Guy & Mary Blaha; grandparents, Barbara & Joseph Madera and Anna & Frank Blaha. Phyllis is survived by her sister, Yvonne (Ed) Zahratka; children, Alois J. (Rita), Thomas (Linda), Marianne, Colleen Meagher (James), and AnnMarie; grandchildren, A.J., Jenny, Jon, Brandon (Staci), Jessica, Lilly, Joe, Rose, Josh, James; great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Maci, and Tyler.

Family & Friends are welcome to attend a gathering beginning at 10:00AM, followed by an 11:00AM Memorial Service at Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel, 1 Tower Ave, Minneapolis, on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Luncheon follows at Mendota VFW, 1323 Sibley Memorial Highway, Mendota, Minnesota.
