Joan Diell Randall was born on April 22nd, 1939, in St. Paul, MN. She passed away on February 15th, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Marion (Lehmann) Diell and sister Jackie Sweeney. Joan worked as an X-ray tech in the US Army serving from 1959-1962.
She was the first woman officer elected at the Arcade-Phalen American Legion Post 1577. She graduated with a B.S. Degree from Metro State University in 1977.
She is survived by daughters Holly (Paul) Kowski, Katie (Branko) Djurich and son Barry Coleman. Grandchildren Richard (Shelley) Kowski, Stephanie Gades, Liljana Djurich & Cameron Coleman. Great-grandchildren Mason Gades and Vivienne Kowski.
Funeral services will be held at Saint Pascal's Baylon Catholic Church located at 1757 Conway St. St. Paul, MN 55106 on Tuesday, March 4th. A visitation will be held for one hour beginning at 9:30 am followed by a Mass at the church.
