Died on July 6, 2025. He was 80.
Otis was born on March 10, 1945. In August of 1981 he married Violet Swanson. He was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Evie, and daughter-in-law, Sandra. He is survived by his sons Kenny (Jacqui) and Otis, Jr.; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Otis' life will be held at Gustavus Adolphus on Friday, July 18 at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
