Dean Alfred Anderson, age 86, of St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025.
Beloved husband of Christine Anderson for 64 years, Dean is survived by his children Cindi Krug, Patti Scheveck (Mark), and Greg Anderson (Julie); grandchildren Melissa Krug (Ben), and Michael Krug (Jessica, Abe and Jack).
Dean proudly served as a teacher in the St. Paul Public Schools for 35 years. He was also a lifelong member of Arlington Hills Lutheran Church, where he served as a soloist and sang in the choir for an extraordinary 68 years.
A funeral service celebrating Dean’s life will be held on Friday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Arlington Hills Lutheran Church, 1115 Greenbrier Street, St. Paul, MN 55106 with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Arlington Hills Lutheran Church.
