Joe “Skip” Chapman

Age 70 of Saint Paul, Minnesota died on October 3, 2017. Joe is survived by his brothers, William (Yvette) Chapman of Caldwell, Idaho, Robert Chapman of Oregon, Michael (Elsie) Chapman of Tampa, Florida, Stan (Shirley) Chapman of Fremont, California, and Don (Lori) Boyles of San Jose, California; son, Robert; his dear friends, Floyd Wells and Raquel Wells both of Welch, Minnesota; ex-wife, Wendy Lanning; 7 nephews and 4 nieces; and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mom, Idabelle Chapman; and son, Jeff Lanning. Joe loved having fun. He lived a fun-filled life - there was never a dull moment with Joe. He was passionate about fishing, enjoyed the outdoors, camping, drinking, watching football and other sports, and he loved his cats. Joe will be missed by many.

 There will be a Celebration of Life from 4:00P.M. - 7:00P.M. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
