Jerry died on Sunday, February 24th, 2019 at the age of 71. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ann; children, AJ (Sonja) and Amy; 3 grandchildren, Brady, Soren, and Svea; sister-in-law, Judy Hoffman; nephew & niece, Jim and Rosie (Vince); and many friends. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Anna Hoffman; brother, Jim; sister, Joanne; godmother, Marie; and godson, Brian.

Jerry enjoyed racing, athletics, coaching, working on projects & cars with friends, and cheering on his grandkids.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00PM on Thursday, February 28^th, 2019 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul, as well as 1 hour before the Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00AM on Friday, March 1st, 2019 at St. John's of Little Canada, 380 E. Little Canada Road, Little Canada.

NOTE: The family kindly asks you to wear your favorite sporting shirt/jersey on Thursday to the visitation.
