Passed away August 22, 2016 at the age of 76. Colleen was preceded in death by parents, Patrick Sr. and Mary Dixon; brothers, Patrick Jr. and Mike Dixon. She is survived by Leo Frascone Sr.; sons, Jay (Alice), and Leo Jr. (Virginia) Frascone; sister, Jeanne (Robert) Albertson; brother, Tim (Nancy) Dixon; grandchildren, Jacob, Justina, and Joseph Frascone; great-grandchild, Levi Frascone; and many nieces, nephews, and family. She enjoyed reading and retired from the Saint Paul Public Library after more than 20 years. She enjoyed art and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Art from Century College. Visitation will be held Saturday, 8/27 from 12 PM to 3 PM at Anderson Funeral Home.
