Obituary of John H. Lathrop

John H. Lathrop passed away on Sunday, November 17th, 2019. John was 76 years old and had lived at Brookview since 2002. John will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He was known for his trips to the Casino, his oldies music, his love of new things (new shirts, new sunglasses, blue jeans), and his love for pie. He loved any opportunity to celebrate and have a piece of pie or cake. John also had this incredible memory of people’s birthday’s, holidays, and songs/music. He would be listening to a song and he’d quiz you on who was singing it and he always knew the song name and artist. He loved McDonalds and going on Tuesday’s to get his #9 meal with a chocolate shake, he loved people & visiting with others. John was such a light at Brookview and so very loved. He will be greatly missed by his Brookview family & friends.
