Dear Aunt Darlene,
I am so sad we didn’t see one another more over the years but I am grateful we were able to come together before Christmas, thanks to Nita. You were always kind and loving and I just know that the world was a better place with you in it. I also know that we will see one another again because death is the beginning of true life with the Lord Jesus. You no longer suffer but instead have no pain, no tears, no suffering, walking in the Light of His Glory. Rev 21:4, Rev 22:5. I can’t think of a better place for such a sweet soul. Until we meet gain, love Missy

No words can explain the sorrow and pain I feel knowing I'll never see you again. The world already feels so empty and lonely without you. You were such an amazing woman in so many ways, like a mother to me. I miss the talks we had, the good times we shared, and the delicious food you made (Darlene's Kitchen). You are the most selfless person I know with a great big heart, and you never judged anyone. You're simply just an all around beautiful soul, and I always felt comfort around you. I am happy you are not in pain or suffering anymore, but I will miss you forever until the day we can meet again up in Heaven. I know you're up there reunited with Joey and all of your other loved ones, so please watch over all of us down here in this crazy world as you truly are an Angel. I could go on and on, but like I said the words just can't explain how sad I am and how much I miss you. Wishing I could see you again.
I love you forever and always
Rest in Peace Rest in Heaven
❤❤❤
Love Always Ryan

One of my dearest memories of my grandmother, Darlene, was the thought and love she put into my birthday when I was younger. My birthday fell on thanksgiving that year and we were at grandmas to celebrate. No one thought to have a cake considering all the thanksgiving desserts that were there...but that didn’t stop my grandma. She made me a “cornbread cake” with neon green icing and red writing and boy was it DELICIOUS! My grandma was a selfless woman who did her best to make her loved ones feel cared for and special and I know the Lord is happy to have her home.

My dearest Mom, my life will forever be changed with your absence. I am who I am because of your caring heart. You gave all of yourself to everyone. You did so without expecting anything in return. My peace is knowing that you are in heaven and Jesus is comforting you. I know we will be reunited in eternity. ~your daughter Nita
