Keith was born on February 6, 1961 to parents, Harold S. & JoAnn Nelson, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his siblings, Kirk Nelson, Kari (Gregg) Smith, and Krisann Nelson; and many nieces & nephews. Private Family Services to be held.
