Charles W. Bowes was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He passed away peacefully on September 22nd, 2020. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Gladys Bowes. He is deeply loved by his children, Charles G. Bowes, Victoria Bowes, Scott (Holly) Bowes, Debra Bowes, and Timothy Bowes; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Helen Swinehart, Gloria Hessler, and John Bowes. Chuck was a proud Navy Veteran. He lived out his dream of being a dance instructor, square dance caller extraordinaire, and shared this gift with multitudes; young and old. Chuck lived life to the fullest.
Visitation beginning at 12:00PM on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020, followed by a 1:00PM Funeral Service at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
