Barbara J. Bibbey, of Saint Paul, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the age of 80. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Edward & Marie Moller; and husband, Gerald. She is survived by her sons, David & Paul. Barbara retired from St. Paul Public Schools.
