Wilma Skaar (Bugh), of White Bear Lake, passed away on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at the age of 86. She was a longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Wilma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Skaar; and brothers, Roger Bugh and Bruce Bugh. She is survived by her children, Mark (Sue), Jeff (Denise), Todd (Lori), Cindy (Jocko) Frucci, and Nancy (Brad) Kuhnz; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Charlotte Johnson, Marlene Hall, and Katherine Line.
Graveside Service will be 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 3400 Century Avenue N. in Mahtomedi.
A Celebration of Wilma’s Life will be held at a later date.
Reminders: All attendees are required to wear face coverings/masks at all times. Anyone with symptoms of illness (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) and/or anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks should stay home. Thank You.
