Peter Joseph DePover, age 69 of Inver Grove Heights, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 surrounded by family. Pete was born in Marshall, Minnesota on October 4, 1951. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Jr. & Arlys; brother, Paul III; and son, Tom Diel II. Pete is survived by his loving wife, Diane; daughters, Ashley (Daniel), Kathy (Ben) Agada, Kris Diel, Shannen (Tom) Amato, and Megan Petersen; grandchildren, Amber, Tyler & Conner Diel, Sam (Ruth), Elijah & Grace Agada, Theodore DePover, Hunter & Isabella Amato; great-granddaughter, Valora Agada; siblings, Patricia, Phil (Cheryl), Pam (Dean), Pat (Teresa), and Perry (Tiffany); sister-in-law, Margaret; many nieces, nephews and other family & friends.
His family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at Providence Place for their patient & kind care for Pete over the past 8 years.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00AM on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Avenue West, Rosemount, Minnesota. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment at Union Cemetery in Maplewood. Memorials preferred.
