Obituary of Tresja C. Denysenko

Tresja C. Denysenko, of Valparaiso, Indiana, formerly of Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2021 at the age of 48. Tresja worked as a disaster operations specialist for USAID since 2005. Tresja is survived by her husband, Rev. Dr. Nicholas Denysenko; daughter, Sophia Denysenko; mother & stepfather, Rosemary & Steve Guhanick; brother, Yuri Denson (Dawn Jungroth); nephew, Pherwyn Fierkens; brother-in-law, Greg (Heidi) Denysenko; and nieces, Maggie & Ellie Denysenko. Visitation is from 5:00pm – 6:30pm, with a Memorial Service (Panikhida) at 6:30pm, on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul, Minnesota. Funeral Service is 10:00am on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 956 Forest Street N., Saint Paul, Minnesota. A short luncheon will take place in Archangel Michael Hall after the funeral. Private Interment at Forest Hill Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota. ** ALL ATTENDEES are strongly recommended to wear face coverings/masks at all times.** Masks will be available for those who do not have one. Anyone with symptoms of illness (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) and/or anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 should stay home. Thank You.
