Obituary of Ronald "Ron" Kroll

Ronald “Ron” Kroll, Longtime Eastsider, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Stella Kroll; brother, Gerald “Jerry” Kroll; and niece, Kathleen Kroll. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Kim; children, Jessica and Andrew (Stacie); grandchildren, Joseph, Jenna, Benjamin, Rachel, and Mitchell; nieces & nephew, Deanna, Debra, Patrick, and Kerri. Ron was a longtime parishioner & choir member of St. Casimir’s Catholic Church. He was a graduate of St. Thomas Military Academy and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. Ron proudly assisted Veterans throughout his career at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Visitation is from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00AM on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Church of St. Casimir, 934 Geranium Avenue East (Forest St. @ Jessamine Ave.), Saint Paul, with Visitation at church 1 hour prior to Mass. Ron’s family would like to invite you to the Luncheon immediately following the Mass: the Luncheon will take place back at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street, Saint Paul. Following the Luncheon, we will process to Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis where Ron will be interred.
