Mary A. Schmit, at the age of 61, went home to be with our Lord very peacefully on Sunday April 17, 2022, with family around her. She had suffered many years with MS and a bit more recently with metastatic breast cancer. Her bravery and smile through it all will always be remembered.

She is preceded in death by her father William R Schmit and survived by her mother Ruth E Schmit, her sisters Amy, Rebecca and Carol Stec, her nephews Matthew (& wife Angela) Stec and Timothy Stec, as well as many extended family and friends.

Memorial service will be at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 N Arcade St, St Paul, MN 55106, on May 7th, 2022, visitation will be at 10:00am, service at 11:00am, luncheon to follow.
