Mark William Weavers died on June 25, 2022 at age 86. He was preceded in death by parents Harvey and Lillian Weavers, daughter Susan, and sister Joan (Jim) Langdon. He is survived by daughter Linda (Paul) Sivilotti, grandchildren Sofia and Luca, step-granddaughter Katie, brother Glenn (Margie), nieces, nephews, and special friend, Mugs Nardini. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in electrical engineering, was stationed in Germany with the Air Force, and then worked for 35 years at 3M, including 18 months in Japan with Sumitomo 3M. He enjoyed living on Lake Gervais in the home he designed, and sharing it with his grandchildren. An engineer to his core, home projects and fixing broken tools were favorite past times. He kept his Fiero in pristine condition, bringing it to car shows occasionally. After retiring, he enjoyed volunteer activities, particularly with Twin City Habitat for Humanity, the Ramsey County Sherriff, and the Ramsey County Library. Funeral service will be held at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade St, St Paul on Saturday July 9, at 11 am with visitation beginning at 10 am. Burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
