Passed away at home peacefully at the age of 84.

He was a 31 year veteran for the St. Paul Fire Department as FEO most of his time there retiring in 1996. Many deer hunting trips and some fishing trips with his brother fire fighters he enjoyed also. Loving father to 3 children, grandfather to 9 children, and great-grandfather to 11 children. Preceded in death by son, Franklin M. Day. Survived by son, Daniel and daughter, Monica Dille (Rich); grandchildren, Charlie, Ben, Kevin, Andrea, Dennis, Justin, Samantha, Joanna & Franklin; great-grandchildren, Dana, Mason, Marissa, Jasmine, Christian, Amelia, Jack, Oliver, Abby, Declan & Jaxton. A special thank you to Mary Ann for visiting Frank on Sundays for last couple of years.

Visitation 2-4PM Saturday, Sept 10, with a 4PM Memorial Service all at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade St., St. Paul.
