Age 83 passed away October 18, 2022.

Born in St. Paul. Preceded in death by parents, John & Johanna Demko; brothers John & Duane. Survived by sister-in-law Muriel Demko; nieces and nephews, Janet Skeie, John, Nancy, James, Duane, Eugene, Sandra Cook, and David; special friend Nancy Schroeder and many long-time friends.

Fred was a longtime resident of the east side of St. Paul. Known as "The Fox" by many. Owned the Olympic Barber Shop on Arcade St for 30 years. Was president of the Barber Assn. and Assn. of Master Barbers & Beauticians of America, Chap 11. Active in the Payne-Arcade Business Assn. Fred served as president as well as Chairman of the Harvest Festival, Parade, and Queen Coronation. Fred loved golf, fishing, and was a big fan of U of M Gopher hockey

A Gathering will be held from 3PM to 6PM Thursday, November 3rd, at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade St. (Hwy 61), St. Paul.
