I apologize for ignoring you during my sister's funeral; it was the last time I saw you. Looking back, I wish I had accepted your condolences but at the time, I was genuinely clueless and ignorant of others emotions .I am grateful that Ian was a part of my early childhood years. You were never harsh or mean to me; instead, you always made me laugh. I will sincerely miss you. I vividly remember the day you came over to my sister's birthday celebration; you had a presence that was unlike anyone else's you made every conversation fun and interesting and that’s what made you such a special person Ian thank you for being apart of my life and I will forever remember you.

i was really close with ian for a few years. we haven’t talked in a long time, and there’s so many things i wish i would’ve done differently. ian was so special. sending so much love to his family, friends, and girlfriend. ❤️

I was lucky enough to teach both Ian and Jose last year at Harding. Although Ian faced some very big challenges, his gentle smile and kindness were always what stood out about him most.
