Elizabeth “Beth” Loraine Mollberg, 52, of St. Paul, lost her battle with cancer surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Beth was born to Melvin and Wanda Mollberg on June 25, 1969. She attended Harding High School in St. Paul. Beth’s devotion was being a mother and grandmother. She loved walking, driving around, swimming, listening to music, coloring and cooking. She had a love for animals and feeding birds. She also loved family get-togethers and visiting both of her parents homeplaces: Baudette, MN and Jacksonville, FL.

Beth is preceded in death by her daughter’s husband, Roberto Villarreal Junior.

Beth is survived by her children, Alyssa Villarreal West, Anthony West, Amondo West, Atatiana Lopez, Aubreyana Davis; her parents, Melvin Paul Mollberg and Wanda Pearl (Botsford) Mollberg; and grandchildren: Jaden Dodge, Julius West, James Rivers, Jimani Rivers, Jaxson Contreras, Kingsley Rivers, Luciano Contreras-West, Valenciano Contreas-West, Dakota Apple

Her funeral service will be held at 6PM at Anderson Funeral Home on 1401 Arcade Street in St. Paul following the visitation beginning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
