Noreen Dorothy Mueller of White Bear Lake passed away on May 24th 2023, at the age of 66. Her incredible strength and determination were evident and inspiring throughout an 18-day hospital stay. Her earthly presence will be missed but never forgotten. Noreen loved to socialize, sing, dance, laugh, and be the life of any party. Her memorable quotes and one-liners were a highlight of her playful personality and quick wit. Even in recent years, as her dementia became more evident, she still enjoyed life to the fullest.
