Verna L. Quist (Resch) nee Johnson Born in St. Paul, MN on 12/26/1924 Passed away on 11/21/2024 Preceded in death by Husband Donald Quist Sr, Son William (Billy) Resch, Parents William & Margaret Johnson, Sister Lorraine LaClaire, Brothers William Johnson & Robert Johnson. Survived by Son James Resch (Linda Klatt), Stepsons Gregory Quist (Cory), Geoffrey Quist (Bernadette), Donald Quist Jr., Scott Quist (Debbie), and Stepdaughter Natalia (Leanne) Johnson (Olin), 19 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, and her beloved dog Groot. She is a graduate of Johnson High School class of 1943. She is a retired employee of 3M. She is an auxiliary Member of Arcade Phalen American Legion Post 577 and auxiliary member of Roseville VFW Post 7555. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 6,2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home 1401 Arcade St. St. Paul, MN 55106 with a visitation starting one hour prior. Internment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery following memorial service.
