Retired General Counsel, Federal Land Bank - Age 90 of St. Paul, on December 17, 2013. Wallace was a lifelong baseball fan and University of Wisconsin alumnus and booster. He never forgot his small town roots and relished traveling to Waterloo, WI and surrounding areas. He was a good man, loving father and husband who lived a rich life. Preceded in death by siblings Arthur Jr. and Gladys; spouses Betty Jean (Myhers) and Betty Lou (Archie). Survived by sons: Mark (Sally), Paul (Liza), Joel (Sharlene); grandchildren: David, Maria, Becca, Allie, Nik, Sarah.
