Age 80. Of North Oaks. Passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2013. He is survived by wife Carol; daughter Karole; son Paul; grandsons Preston, Parker and William; brother Kenneth and sister Eileen. Howard served in the U.S. Navy between 1952 and 1956. A donation to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
