Obituary of Daniel Hansen

Daniel graduated from Johnson High School, Macalester College & served in the Navy in WWII & the Army during the Korean Conflict. Daniel was a longtime resident of the East Side and a teacher, counselor & coach for St. Paul Public Schools. He was preceded in death by wife, Helene, & two brothers, Jim & Will. Survived by children, Dave (Blanca) Hansen & Catherine (Mick) Fox, & grandchildren, Danny & Catie Hansen and Jessica & Erik Fox. Memorial Service will be at 11 AM on Monday, Oct. 13 at ARLINGTON HILLS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 759 E County Rd B, Maplewood, with a visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Arlington Hills United Methodist Church Music Program or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
