Brother of Olga Ostapchuk. Uncle of Mark Ostapchuk (Nancy Russell). Also survived by many other friends & relatives. Attended Illinois State University & graduated from Metropolitan State University. He worked many years with the US Army Corps of Engineers & was an accomplished chess player & sportsman. Devoted son, brother, uncle & friend. Panachyda Service 7:00 PM on Friday at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul. Funeral 10:00 AM on Saturday at ST. KATHERINE UKRAINIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH, 1600 W Hwy 96, Arden Hills. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
