Passed away peacefully at home. Retired from the Met Council. Age 65. Survived by wife, Peggy; daughters, Lateefah (Ryan) Fossey & grandson Arthur and Tricia (Abouelkassin) Karoun and granddaughter Khadijah. Brother of Ernie, Stephen, Rosie, Doretha, Mickey, Sonny, Harold, Verna & Diane. Larry lived and breathed fishing. Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, Sept. 26th at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul, with visitation 1/2 hour prior to the service.
