Obituary of Oleh Serge Gregoret

Age 83 of St. Paul, MN passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016, preceded in death by his parents, Serge and Lubomira Gregoret. Oleh is survived by his wife of 55 years Maya, son Alex, of St. Paul, daughter Lydia and son-in-law, Charles Wilson, of Concord, Massachusetts, and grandsons, Colin and Jeremy. Oleh was a veteran of the Korean War. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in architecture and worked for 38 years at the Ellerbe architectural firm where he specialized in hospital design. As a gift to his Ukrainian heritage, he also designed the St. Katherine Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Arden Hills, MN. Oleh enjoyed sailing, skiing, photography, and spending time with friends. VISITATION at Anderson Funeral Home (1401 Arcade Street, St. Paul, MN, 55106) on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 5 to 8 pm. FUNERAL SERVICE on Friday, Feb. 12 at 10 am at St. Katherine Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1600 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112, interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Maplewood, followed by lunch at the church.
