Went home to his Lord on March 24, 2016 his Forest Lake home.
He was born in Milaca, MN on April 24, 1939 to Louis & Emma (Nystrom) Nelson. He was known for his strong resolve, great strength, witty humor & high intelligence. He enjoyed fishing, sports, hunting & fixing anything that was broken.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra L (King) Nelson; 4 children, Debbie, John, Daniel (Elizabeth) and Cherie (Sergio); 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service 11am Tuesday, 3/29, at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade St., St. Paul with a visitation at 10AM. Interment Withrow Cemetery.
