Obituary of John G. Troyer

Troyer, John Glen "Hitchhike" Age 61 of St. Paul died accidentally Friday, Sept. 9. Preceded in death by parents, Neil Troyer and Mary T. Moore. Survived by wife, Karen; daughter, Miranda Cooke; son, David; and grandchildren, Kyla and Anthony; siblings, Susan (Paul) Cady, Karen (Scott) McClean and Daniel (Deb) Troyer; and many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and his beloved mutt, Lucky Boy. Arrangements through Anderson Funeral Home, St. Paul. Services will be held on Thursday, September 15 at Colonial Church of Edina, 6200 Colonial Way, Edina, MN 55436. Visit with the family from 11am until 1pm, service begins at 1pm. Memorials preferred to Make Old Things New, Inc. or Charis of MN Prison Ministry. John was a humble yet mighty man of God. He walked in the Spirit with great faith, strength, courage and love. We are grateful for his incredible life and our years together. "For I will turn their mourning into joy." Come Lord Jesus!
