Richard P. Lynch was born on March 25, 1943 in Saint Paul. He passed away on December 11th, 2016 at Golden Living Greeley Health Care in Stillwater. He is preceded in death by mother, Mildred Partlow; father, William Lynch; brother, Raymond; and sister, Betty. Richard is survived by extended family, many friends and caregivers.
