Our beloved mother went home to Heaven to be with Jesus on Feb. 4, 2017. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon L. Powell. Survived by daughters Dawn, Darlene & Delores (Steve) Sweeney and son Sam (Shirley). Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Memorial Service at 11 AM on Thursday, Feb. 9 at Faith Baptist Church, 1365 Westminster St, St. Paul. Visitation at church 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Fort Snelling.
