Orpha was a faithful Christian, Beautiful mother and Grandmother, supportive friend, partner, and spouse to my brother Chuck and the most gracious of hosts that one could ask for. She always made one feel welcome and comfortable at their home and would share their life with us on short trips around beautiful Minnesota. She even provided guidance and some needed “motherly” advice when I was a freshman at SDSU. She trusted me to babysit her youngest, Mike, and taught me how to change diapers properly. This was at a time when you did not have throwaway diapers. Chuck and I would arrange our schedules so that Orpha could use her RN skills at the Brookiings Hospital. Our thoughts and prayers for all family members. We will miss her smile. RIP Orpha, Tom Woods and Phyllis

What a Wonderful Sister-In-Law Orpha was. She was always a Lady....Talked like one, Dressed like one, Looked like one, etc. She always made us welcome when.we came to the Cities. Very soft-spoken and what a good cook!! And, most of all, she made the Best Wife to my brother, Chuck, and an Awesome Mother to Mike, Steve and Kathy!! We Love her and will Miss her. RIP Orpha...
