Willis “Bill” Dugan, age 92 of Saint Paul, passed away on Saturday, December 8th, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria; and brothers, Eugene J. and Rev. Kenneth W. Bill is survived by daughters, Linda (Tom) and Janet (Don); 4 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation begins at 10:00AM, followed by an 11:00AM Funeral on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul. Memorials Preferred to Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church.
