Ricardo you were like a brother to me. I adored you and your family. When you came back from Mexico the last time to live with me you brought life into my house, every day was a celebration of life...I'm so thankful God brought you here! I will miss your smiles and our conversations in the kitchen, the parties we planned together, the wonderful vegan food you prepared special for me... your thoughtfulness, gentleness, kindness, and generosity to me and everyone around you. You loved your family and your kids, Stephanie and Richard, more than life itself, I think your heart was just too big and too full of love and that your journey was so hard that your physical heart couldn't keep going anymore... but your love will live in our hearts forever! I'll try to keep your family together like you wanted and invite them to our house for parties and especially your kids birthdays...mi casa siempre sera tu casa mi hermano! I will miss you so much every day! Life will never be the same without you little brother! I will continue to work to change the world so no one has to suffer and live in shadows and fear of separation from their families, without rights to their kids or to live and work, not being known by your real name or afraid to go to the doctor, or just being respected and appreciated for the wonderful person, hard worker, talented chef, great father, and dear friend you were and are every day of your life! You are an inspiration to us all my dear friend!
